Since this is a gMS-like server, I would to suggest you to add a kind of NPC. Which is whenever you win a GM's Event and I suggest the prize should be 1 Event Trophy.

Here is an example, that I got from PuppyStory.
I suggest you to make this kind of NPC


Suggest Event Trophy Prizes :
1. 5k NX
OR
2. 2,000,000 [2mil mesos]
-Pikachu [Alex]

The winner's from my event's will always from now on receive one event trophy.
5k NX seems reasonable.
2 billion mesos is a BOOM HEADSHOT DENIED

After discussing it with myself, I've come to a conclusion.
Let event trophy's be JUST 5K NX.
And the winner of the event ca. eiether choose the trophy or the "mesarz"
Example:
Pikachu wins the HJQ event. I, Ahem, ask him what he wants, the Evemt Trophy or 5 million mesos.
He chooses what he wants. End of event.

5k NX is worth 2 Gachapon Tickets, so that's kind of unfair for new players who don't understand.
Just 5k NX is good enough reward for an event trophy.

nx will be obtained only wiith voting and those trophyes will be for trophyes gacha probably.

You should make a Voting Point System.
Which means whenever you vote like every 12 hours you will receive 5k NX
and at events, you will receive a Event Trophy that can be exchanged from an NPC by FM or other maps.
Event Trophys can be exchanged foe 2 Gachapon ticket for slot machine.

Or no trophies at all and let the winner of the event have an item of choice?

and I think a Event Trophy that you can exchange for 2 Gachapon ticket for slot machine because the Custom Gachapon is random and it all depends on luck.

Please explain what you mean by this. Plenty of Low-rate servers have IOCs. Perhaps you are thinking of MSI?
