This suggestion might not work, but let's try anyways.

This suggestion is basically about making our own groups for forum "organizations", so we can have private forum discussions.
Like for example: A guild is formed in game that pursues scammers. So if we make a group, we could use our own private forum to post evidence of the scammer.

EDIT: My suggestion makes no idea whatsoever.
